We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.

Do you offer a subscription service for regular deliveries?

Yes, we offer a flexible subscription model. You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and save 15% on every order.

What is your return policy for equipment and accessories?

We accept returns on unused brewing equipment and accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee beans.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing 100% specialty-grade Robusta and Arabica beans directly from farmers, ensuring fair pay and sustainable agricultural practices.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?
