At Black Sheep Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your coffee beans, equipment, or merchandise don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging; please note that coffee bags must remain sealed to be eligible for a return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
